1. Scope of application

The fully enclosed intelligent collection instrument is a special instrument for clinical detection of body fluid bacteria, sterility testing and microbial limit detection in the fields of medicines and biological products.

2. Working principle

The intelligent collection instrument is a matching product of the one-time trial full-closed collection instrument filter culture incubator. The test sample is filtered by the filter of 0.45 or 0.22 through the principle of directional peristaltic pressure of the intelligent collection instrument, and will be used in the test sample. The bacteria are retained on the filter membrane in the filter, and the antibacterial component is removed by rinsing the filter membrane. Then, the required medium is directly introduced into the collection incubator through the sample tube, and placed in the incubator for aseptic culture.
